Day Charters
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Some excursions require a minimum number of participants. If this applies, we will notify you in advance.
Payment Options
- Online payment by credit or debit card
- Bank transfer to our account
- Secure payment link (available on request)
- Please note: Service fees or bank charges may apply for credit card transactions or international transfers.
Changes & Cancellations
- Date changes: Possible up to 2 days before departure, subject to availability.
- Cancellation fees:
- Same day / No-show: 100% charge
- Within 48 hours: 50% charge
- More than 48 hours: Full refund
- Important: Weather-related cancellations requested by clients are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Catamaran Cruises Ltd
- We may cancel a trip due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Insufficient participants
- Technical issues or force majeure
- In this case: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We are not liable for additional costs beyond our control (e.g. flights, accommodation, transfers, transaction fees or service fees).
Liveaboard Charters
Booking & Payment
- 30% deposit required to secure your booking.
- Balance due: 45 days before departure.
- Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at booking.
- Payment Options:

- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card (processing fees may apply)
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
- More than 90 days: Full refund (minus administrative fees)
- 45–90 days: 50% refund of total charter cost
- Less than 45 days: No refund
- Note: Optional extras (diving, special meals, drinks, transfers) are non-refundable once confirmed.
Cancellation by Catamaran Cruises Ltd
- We may cancel due to:
- Severe weather or sea condition
- Technical or mechanical problems
- Force majeure (circumstances beyond our control)
- In this case: You may choose a full refund or a rescheduled cruise at no extra cost. We are not responsible for external expenses (e.g. flights, hotels).
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation or delays
- Emergency medical care and evacuation
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
For our St Brandon Expeditions, we recommend Global Rescue as a trusted travel insurance provider.
