Day Charters

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Some excursions have a minimum participant requirement; if applicable, we will notify you in advance.

Payment Options

  • Online payment by credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer to our account
  • Secured payment link available on request
  • Please note: Service fees or bank charges may apply for credit card payments and international transfers.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Date changes can be requested at least 2 days before the cruise, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation fees:
    • Same day / No-show: 100% charge
    • Within 48 hours: 50% charge
    • More than 48 hours: Full refund
  • Note: Weather-related cancellations requested by clients are not refundable.

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Insufficient participants
  • Technical issues or force majeure
  • If cancelled: You will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We are not liable for any additional costs beyond our control.

Liveaboard Charters

Booking & Payment

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The balance is due 45 days before departure.
  • For bookings within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at booking.
  • Payments accepted via secure payment link, bank transfer, or credit/debit card (processing fees may apply).
  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 90 days: Full refund minus any administrative fees.
  • Between 45 and 90 days: 50% refund of total charter cost.
  • Less than 45 days: No refund.
  • Note: Optional extras (diving, special meals, drinks) are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Bad weather or sea conditions
  • Technical or mechanical problems
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
  • If cancelled: We will offer either a full refund or reschedule your cruise at no extra cost. We are not responsible for any additional expenses such as flights or accommodation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation or delays
  • Emergency medical care and evacuation
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

For our St Brandon Expeditions, we suggest Global Rescue for your travel insurance needs.
