Does the boat have a bathroom?
It has a flushable marine toilet for liquids only. The boat also has fresh water showers so you can rinse yourself from salt water.
Can we modify existing itineraries?
To some extent – yes. Sometimes we will have to because the weather isn’t always ideal and we want to stay in shallow, calm waters to keep the trip enjoyable.
Are there going to be other people on the boat with us?
If you have booked a private or a liveaboard charter NO else YES if you have booked our shared basis cruises.
Can we play our own music on the boat with us?
Absolutely. Our boats are equipped with sound systems that allow both a traditional jack as well as Bluetooth connectivity.
Are drinks included? Is there a cooler on the boat?
We have you covered as most of our cruises come with bottled water and soft drinks as well as ice cold beer, local Rhum & snacks. Should you need a bottle of champagne of spirits for a special occasion simply ask for our wine & spirits menu. We will make sure that the bottle/s you have ordered will be on board for when you cruise with us.
Where do we meet?
The meeting point for our cruises will depend on which cruise you have selected.
Embarkation and meeting point for our cruises from the South East Coast is at the Pointe Jerome Embarkation point.
Embarkation and meeting point for our cruises from the North Coast is at Grand Bay public beach.
Embarkation and meeting point for our cruises from the West Coast is at la balise marina or le Morne anglers club.
Don’t forget to have your booking voucher with you—it must be presented to one of our Skippers prior to boarding the catamaran.
At what time must we arrive to collect our boarding pass?
All of our cruises depart and return from their respective embarkation points as stipulated above. Departure and return time for our cruises are as follows:

What to Bring?
– Swim suits + change clothes – Beach towel – Camera – Sun cream – Cap or hat – Sun glasses – Money for onland activities on the islands. – Shoes will need to be removed once on board the Catamaran.
How do we receive payments?
All payments must be done through our website through our secure payment gateway supported by anyroad. We accept credit card payments as well. We request that full payment be made prior to the departure of the cruise. Money for onland activities on the islands.
What is the maximum number of passengers allowed on board?
Passenger Capacity & Departure Locations
Depending on the catamaran assigned to your cruise, our vessels can accommodate between 8 and 40 passengers.
Our catamarans based in the South-East of Mauritius depart from Pointe Jerome , with capacities ranging from 20 to 35 passengers.
Our catamarans operating from Grand Bay on the North coast are licensed to carry up to 40 passengers and those from Bain Boeuf between 15-17 Passengers.
On the West coast, cruises depart from Le Morne Anglers Club and La Balise Marina in Black River, our vessels can accommodate between 8 passengers for our live aboard charters and up to and 40 passengers for our day charters.
We strive to match each group with the ideal catamaran to ensure comfort and an exceptional cruising experience.
How do we guarantee a booking?
By purchasing an excursion from our website which will entitle you to an open voucher that may be redeemed by simply emailing or calling us to request a preferred date to join our cruises. Our open vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months after purchase date.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Do you provide transport to and from the cruise embarkation points?
Yes. We do provide for transfers to and from the embarkation point of our cruises. This option can be selected and added to your basket when shopping online on our website. We offer private car transfers for a maximum of 4 passengers and minibus transfers for groups of over 4 passengers and less than 15 passengers and coach transfers for larger groups.
